Matodzi is a director in our Corporate and Commercial practice. Matodzi specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions, Entertainment Law and General Commercial and Corporate law. Matodzi served articles at Werksmans Attorneys in 2009 and was thereafter retained in the corporate commercial department, becoming a senior associate in 2013. In 2014 Matodzi joined TGR Attorneys where he specialised in Mergers and Acquisitions and Banking and Finance. He founded RAMS Attorneys in 2016.

Wandile is a director in our Dispute Resolution and Employment Law Practice. Wandile specialises in Commercial and General Litigation, Employment Law, Administrative law and Constitutional Law. Wandile worked at the Labour Court and clerked at the Constitutional Court for former Chief Justice Ngcobo. In 2012 Wandile served his articles at Gildenhuys Malatji Attorneys and was retained as an associate in 2014. He joined RAMS Attorneys as a director in 2018.

Karabo is a director in our Dispute Resolution Practice. Karabo specialises in Commercia Litigation, Business Rescue, Insolvency and Restructuring. Karabo served his articles at Werksmans Attorneys in 2006 and was appointed director in 2014. He left the firm in 2020 as an equity partner. He has represented major corporations and financial institutions in complex commercial disputes, business rescue and insolvency matters. He has contributed articles for leading legal publications including an international firm. He is a member of The South African Restructuring Insolvency Practitioners Association (SARIPA) and a regular panellist at various seminars. He joined RAMS Attorneys in 2020 as a director.

Thabang served articles at Norton Rose Fulbright in 2005 and was thereafter retained as an associate in the corporate, mergers and acquisition department. In 2010 Thabang joined Industrial Development Corporation where he specialised in Finance, Property Law and Project Finance. In 2016 Thabang joined the Independent Power Producer Office where he specialised in Energy, Public Procurement Law and Public-Private Partnerships. He joined RAMS Attorneys in 2019 as a director.
